Statement on Conflict Materials

Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires all public companies listed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to disclose any conflict minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its nine adjoining countries (Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia). While we are not a public company listed with the SEC, Rayfield Metal Stamping is still committed to working with suppliers that are in compliance with this law. None of the steel products supplied to us are produced from smelters in any “Covered Country”.
