Founded in 1982 as Robert R. Rayfield and Associates, Inc., our company began as a can-making consulting firm specializing in nitrogen gas flushing systems for the snack food industry. In 1984, we expanded our capabilities by adding an end-stamping operation—laying the groundwork for what would become Rayfield Metal Stamping.
Today, Rayfield Metal Stamping operates as a subsidiary of Reynolds Services, Inc. (RSI), a recognized leader in sustainable metal packaging solutions. With over 40 years of experience, we have grown into a trusted producer of metal ends, caps, plugs, and closures serving both consumer and industrial packaging markets.
Our modernized facilities in Toledo, Ohio, and Greenville, Pennsylvania feature advanced press operations, a skilled workforce, and state-of-the-art equipment—enabling both high-volume standard production and custom-engineered solutions.
