Production Capabilities

We currently have 6 Presses, 1 210.5, 3 211’s, and 2 401’s. 

  • The 211 presses produce ends at 37,000 ends per hour. 
  • While the 210.5 press can produce uncompounded ends at 37,000 ends per hour or 30,000 compounded ends per hour.  The decrease in production is caused by the curing time for the compound. 
  • The 401 Presses can produce 23,000-25,000 ends per hour. 

We have 2 scroll shears so we can maximize usage of the steel, thereby saving material and lowering the cost of each end.
